CLINICAL HYPNOTHERAPY

What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is a gentle state of focused relaxation. Hypnotherapy therefore is a safe and natural way to facilitate you making positive changes to improve your mental, emotional and physical health and well-being. When we achieve that, we therefore improve our happiness and quality of life – and that’s what it’s really all about it! Being happier, healthier versions of ourselves.

Hypnotherapy works by focusing on mindset, for when we change our mindset, we change the outcome. You remain an active participate and in control the whole time (forget what you see on TV!!) – I serve at the facilitator to guide you moving from where you are to where you want to be.

Your experience

We commence with a complimentary consultation whereby we discuss your areas of concern and associated goals so that a tailor made program can then be created to promote you moving forward. At this stage, I will advise how many sessions you will need as naturally this varies for everyone.

Therapy sessions then commence and are typically held weekly or fortnightly (face to face or online). Sessions go for one hour and include a combination of interesting activities and hypnosis (the relaxation ‘bit’ that people love the most!!).

You will be also given personalised hypnosis recordings to listen to in between sessions to solidify the changes we are making.
